Marcia Yee, MD

Marcia Yee is a Clinical Medical Director of Long Term Care at San Diego Hospice and The Institute for Palliative Medicine (SDHIPM) and the San Diego Hospice Inpatient Care Unit at Glenbrook.  She is also a Clinical Professor of Medicine on the volunteer faculty at the University of California, San Diego.  She joined San Diego Hospice in 2003 after practicing Internal Medicine at UCSD and Geriatrics and Palliative Care at Kaiser Permanente in San Diego.

Dr. Yee received her Bachelors of Science degree in Bacteriology from the University of California, Davis in 1977 and her Medical Degree from the University of California, San Diego in 1982.  She completed her Residency and Chief Residency in Internal Medicine at UCSD in 1986. Dr. Yee is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine.  She is also board certified in Geriatrics and Palliative Care.
